Should I get an Automatic or Manual licence?
The choice is up to you, but decide early. If you are planning to take your test in a manual, then it is best to have done most of your hours in a manual car. The skills required to manage a manual car for the test are not easily gained in a few lessons. If you take your licence test in an automatic car you are restricted to driving an automatic car for your probationary period. If you are considering being a member of the Emergency Services or Army, a tradie or in the transport industries, a manual licence is a must have.
How many lessons will I need?
